I had a terrible experience with this seller and highly recommend AVOIDING at all costs. Her manner and attitude is horrendous, she is abusive, rude, incapable of communicating and has no people skills. She make a very significant change to my order which I did not approve and definitely would not have agreed to had she communicated with me on the matter and when I challenged her she became abusive and disrespectful towards me and my business. She contacted my business partner on their account and sent abusive messages about me to them too. She claims not to remember her clients as she ‘deals with so many’. When I requested a refund as I am not happy with the process, the end result or how she conducts her business, she keeps refusing and I am still chasing my money to this day. Please avoid this seller at all costs!!!
